Sweet 16 Party•Reviewed on June 22, 2009•From Westminster, SC

The Sweet 16 Party was a wonderful time for all involved! I had a great time working with the Mrs. Johns to make the birthday surprise one to remember with lots of great music for all the teenage guests, and I believe we all had a really fun time dancing, swimming, and just hanging out. Best wishes to some great clients! Zeb Chandler aka Dj AtlasReview by Cory S.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm truly sorry the day didn't go the way you and your daughter hoped. A wedding happens once, and getting the ceremony music right, keeping announcements clear and honoring the couple's requests are things I take seriously. This event taught me a lot. I now do a detailed planning call before every wedding to confirm the ceremony cues, the timeline, a must-play and do-not-play list, and how sound levels will work for speeches and announcements. I wish I'd done that more thoroughly for your family, and I'd welcome the chance to talk with you directly.Review by Mindy D.
Wedding Ceremony•Reviewed on May 11, 2010•From Cedartown, GA

Mindy, I'm sincerely sorry. Your first dance is a moment you can't get back, and after the time you put into your playlist and your waltz lessons, you deserved to hear “Can't Help Falling in Love” exactly as planned. That's on me. This was early in my career, back in 2010, and it changed how I work: every wedding now starts with a written timeline and cue sheet that we review together, with each key song confirmed and tested before the ceremony and every announcement planned in advance. I'm sorry I didn't do that for you. Congratulations to you both, and thank you for the honest feedback.
