if there was a selection lower then 1 i would have chosen that! with just 3 days to our wedding he canceled. his excuse was that "due to things beyond his control he would have to cancel" the dj he had schedualed for us had transmission problems with his truck, i told him to go rent a truck and he told me he was not willing to do that and that he had refunded my money through paypal. so along with not having a dj i also did not have the money to pay for another dj as it takes 3-4 days for the money to transfer back into my bank. he was paid in full with a signed contract and he had the nerve to pull such a stunt! i hope you pull him from your webpage! i could go on

This client was ONLY concerned with PRICE and reserved my lowest package available at $545. He is 70 (140 round trip) miles from my office, BUT when he booked I told him I would not charge my added $100 for travel. My contract states that I can't help situations beyond control. Client wanted me to rent a truck. Truck rental with gas and mile charge would of cost me $192.00 approx. CLIENT was not willing to help with truck rental after I NEVER charged him a long distance travel fee to begin with. I Spent 5 hours and found many DJ's to help out, CLIENT NEVER RESPONDED. I found an excellent replacement, BUT CLIENT told replacement that HE ALREADY BOOKED ANOTHER DJ!
