My review is mixed due to feedback from the event goers. Jenny was very professional and friendly and accommodating with me as I relayed my wishes and expectations for the event. I had high expectations for the actual day. The event goers gave mixed reviews of a little confusion, hard to hear the singing telegram part. Jenny and her partner stayed for the allotted time and interacted with the kids who were in attendance. I feel I should have been more explicit about my expectations.

Hi! In the request, it mentioned that we needed to wear a Covid mask & a costume mask. We were wearing the professional costume heads of Mickey & Minnie Mouse. It does make it difficult for people to hear singing clearly when vocalists are wearing two masks. So we brought a Bluetooth speaker with the background singing on it that we could sing along to. We have tried Lavalier microphones before but the kind of Lavalier microphones that are not battery powered cut in an out so that doesn’t work because half the words are missing. For Singing Telegrams we cannot bring electric powered Lavalier microphones that plug into a power outlet they need to be battery powered.

From my initially submitted request to 'The Bash', through the execution of the event, Jenniffer was extremely prompt in her response time. She went over and above to make the celebration of our work colleague extra-special. She even drove over 3 hours one-way to surprise our guest-of-honor! Her enthusiasm for what she does is contagious, and her prices are extremely fair.
