JJenny was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly when we were messaging. We decided on the characters Sonic and Cinderella. She arrived on time and interacted with our students and parents. They both graciously took pictures, posed with parents, and interacted with everyone. I was very pleased with their performance. Costumes were great and both people stayed in character. I would highly reccommed Jenny and her company!

Everything went as discussed!!!! Santa was extremely nice and very interactive with all the kids, from playing on the swing to passing out presents, he even helped with cooking lunch. Our family thoroughly enjoyed him and will definitely plan on next year!!!

The attention to every single detail made this experience an amazing experience. Jenny sent messages on the weekend, during the night, until we have everything settle up... And this is very difficult to find nowadays. I super recommend Jenny's Music Studio.

My review is mixed due to feedback from the event goers. Jenny was very professional and friendly and accommodating with me as I relayed my wishes and expectations for the event. I had high expectations for the actual day. The event goers gave mixed reviews of a little confusion, hard to hear the singing telegram part. Jenny and her partner stayed for the allotted time and interacted with the kids who were in attendance. I feel I should have been more explicit about my expectations.

Hi! In the request, it mentioned that we needed to wear a Covid mask & a costume mask. We were wearing the professional costume heads of Mickey & Minnie Mouse. It does make it difficult for people to hear singing clearly when vocalists are wearing two masks. So we brought a Bluetooth speaker with the background singing on it that we could sing along to. We have tried Lavalier microphones before but the kind of Lavalier microphones that are not battery powered cut in an out so that doesn’t work because half the words are missing. For Singing Telegrams we cannot bring electric powered Lavalier microphones that plug into a power outlet they need to be battery powered.

From my initially submitted request to 'The Bash', through the execution of the event, Jenniffer was extremely prompt in her response time. She went over and above to make the celebration of our work colleague extra-special. She even drove over 3 hours one-way to surprise our guest-of-honor! Her enthusiasm for what she does is contagious, and her prices are extremely fair.
