Steve and Mike were great! Planning a wedding with my busy schedule is really difficult but Steven and his team made it especially easy. They remain in constant contact and answered all questions, played all my requests and went out of their way to make sure they had our "First Dance" Song. Steve and Mike kept us going all night and were worth every penny! Steve also provided us with some entertainment to walk around which is one aspect we definitely wanted to incorporate! We had an amazing time and no one wanted the night to end! Such a blast! Do not regret a thing and would do it again!

The Magical Memories Entertainment team did such a good job at our wedding. Steven was so nice and helped us plan our reception. We couldn't think of a good mother son song so Steven put together a list of songs that he has seen other people use so we could get some ideas. Our DJ (Mike) was amazing! He was full of energy and a lot of fun! They did such a nice job with our ceremony when they put microphones on us and the pastor. It really was nice that everyone could hear us. Mike made sure that all our dances and all the music was perfect. We had such a good time and would like to recommend these guys to ever bride.

They were absolutely amazing! Magical Memories Entertainment's staff were extremely nice and very personable and very easy to work with. We got these guys at the last minuet and they pulled out all the stops to make sure everything went smoothly. If anyone is having a wedding and is looking for some entertainment these are the guys you should be talking to. I am going to recommend them to all of my friends. Thanks again guys you really made everything special. Oh and Steve your the best! I really appreciate you coming by to meet with us late at night. It really put us at ease and gave us a chance to work out the last little things with you.

MME was the perfect choice for my 2 yr old's birthday party. the place was packed and when the magician began to do his performance he had the attention of everyone present. Children as well as adults. He did an excellent Job. The children are still talking about it.

"Simply Steven" as you get to know him is everything you need in a DJ: punctual, reasonable, friendly, and most importantly entertaining. I had drawn up a playlist for the night and for the most part, he accommodated everything I had asked for. If I wanted a different song to be playing, he did. Most impressive was that he was totally cool with setting up in my backyard! I would definitely recommend Magical Memories Entertainment to anyone looking for music for their party.

i only got to see a few parts of it cuz i was inside.. however he was not ready at the time i wanted him to be and after each thing it took him a while to change from one thing to the other but thats just from what i saw otherwise i have no other complaints. thanks.

Our performer arrived approx. 40 min. early and connected with your mom. They decided to start the performance once more guests arrived. Regarding the transition time between performances, it's essential to emphasize that safety is our top priority when it comes to fire. These transitions are necessary to maintain the safety of both our performer and your guests. Steve actually came late to the event - 15 minutes after the event was set to start. People had already arrived when he was setting up. He was supposed to be there more than an hour before the start. He also didn't answer my calls while he was late. The 'dancers' where hardly active. It was an event with many children and they did not actively entice anyone to get up and participate but instead danced lamely on the dance floor by themselves despite repeated requests to engage with the kids. We had a song list - which he largely ignored for half of the event. He also did not give away nearly as many 'toys' as promised. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Sandra, I'm genuinely sorry for the issues you encountered. We acknowledge the late setup but we did start the music on time. The venue's low-quality sound system highly impacted the event, making it difficult for guests to hear the music. Despite our efforts to engage the kids, including distributing over 500 giveaways and iTunes gift cards we purchased on site, the low music volume made it impossible. We played most of your requested songs and almost all of the kids' requests. Although this situation was completely out of our control, I regret that your experience was not up to par and I'd like to discuss how we can rectify it.
