Hi Lauren, Thank you for leaving your feedback and your experience about the service I provided. We have already communicated via email days before you leaving your feedback. During our conversations I have sincerely expressed my apologies and have taken responsibility and have held myself accountable for the mishaps that occurred on the day of. Some of which were out of my control. During our conversation via email, you had also agreed to consider the case closed if I returned (compensated) you for a certain amount of which I did. You then later followed up with an email stating that I should send more money than what we had agreed upon. If not you were going to leave me a negative review on all my platforms. Which you have done so today. I have taken your criticism with insight and will continue to work on improving my business to make sure an unsatisfactory situation never happens again?Review by Marc l.
