Dj Rich was incredibly communicative, helpful, and respectful.. he came two hours early to setup and the lay of the land..he stayed longer upon request and we couldn’t have been more thrilled to have had him play at our family event!!

The KJ/DJ was professional, showed up on time, communicated before the event to make sure he knew what music we enjoyed, showed up hours before to make sure he was set up, and was super enjoyable to work with. I would definitely hire him again.

DJ Rich was great! had an awesome set up of lights and speakers. Played all the music we asked for also threw in some brazilian music since our family is brazilian. Killed it with the karaoke and karaoke selections. He was so cool when it also started to sprinkle. We put a canopy over and he was good to keep going. Super Happy we found him and will def hire him for any other events.

I had a 21st birthday for my Son, I would have to say that my experience was better than I expected. Rich was a great DJ. He considered all of the songs that I really wanted to play at the party. My family were enjoying themselves on the dance floor. Rich was very friendly and even participated in the fun. For the price that was given it was worth everything. Definitely recommend and I am looking forward to hiring Rich for many more parties!

Even though it was a small space, he brought 5" speakers suitable for desktop mixing, not for DJ work. He did not have knowledge of how his gear worked and all of the audio was highly distorted. So much that my guests complained to me about it. I had to retro fit cables and speakers of my own to his system along with making changed to gain structure to get marginal audio for the remainder of the event. I am an audio engineer as a profession and working at my own event was not what I wanted to do. Rich seems to believe that since he showed up with gear and made a few DJ type comments that he completed his part of the deal. He did offer a refund but never said how.

:

Please read the outcome. With all do respect the wife's birthday was successful, their was no guest complaining. The Customer still used my DJ Mixer, lights, Tv Monitor and microphones. I still delivered DJ, MC and Karaoke services throughout the event. The guest, wife and husband were very friendly all dancing and singing. everyone even said that they had a great time/ the party was awesome! I did arrive 2 hours ahead event start time to set up. I even went over the time frame of the event. I'm very surprised on how many bad remarks were made.. If I was so bad , why was I still being used to Host their event? I did not elect to use the customers speakers or wires. Customer acted on his own. I was trying to reset up to continue. I did offer a $200 dollar refund at the party event in which customer did agree yes. Then he said will talk later. I asked him again when I packed up he said he didn't need anything from me. The bash was mentioned per refund.
