We agreed on 700 for the evening, he stayed 30 minutes additional and charged me 200.00 I feel that the price for 2.5 hours which turned out to be 3 hours was fair . Typically an event will be 4 hours at least!

The service agreement clearly states 3.5 hours of service from 7:00pm to 10:30pm. I played the last song at 11:27pm Gloria Estefan - Congo. $200 per hour for overtime, and is clearly stated in the service agreement. I started on time, and I played ever request made by your guest attending.

Using GigMasters was a great decision for us. The platform was very easy to use and I had a DJ booked within 30 minutes of filling out the initial form. More importantly, however, the DJ, Gregory Scott, was a true professional. Not only did he nail the vibe of our party and play the exact kind of music we needed, he was incredibly flexible and managed to deal with some difficult issues related to the weather and layout of our party. He also provided invaluable recommendations and advice around the lighting of the party and the best way to work with the space. And to top it all off, he is a cool cat who was fun to work with and added at lot to the experience.

Royal Recordings has very good professionalism and strive to play the music you request. However, one song was left out of my reception entrance a song we discussed in detail. As with any day that is fast moving and with a crowd it’s hard to stick with a scheduled and some things had to be switched around. However, this caused some songs I wanted to hear to be left out. Overall great company and they had my family dancing all night! Thank you Gregory Scott!

Thank you for the awesome feedback, however all songs for the reception entrance were programmed and played in the order it was given. Granted there was a one song missed due to miscommunication.
