The Echoes of Time Oldies Band from Staten Island, NY

The Echoes of Time are a Doo Wop group specializing in songs of the 50's and 60's. We sing A cappella and with professional backing tracks. We have been the opening act for such groups as The Drifters, The Danleers, The Willows, Kid Kyle, Barbara Harris and The Toys, Johnny Maestro, Little Anthony, The Elegants, Larry Chance & The Earls, The Jive Five, The Dupree's, and most of the groups of the doo wop era. We exemplify tight harmonies and rhythms of the early street corner groups of that era, as that is where we all started. We offer a perfect blend of your favorite music, incorporating professionally orchestrated tracks, tight harmonies, stage presence, and audience interaction to deliver a dynamic and engaging performance. As one of New York AND New Jersey's premiere doo wop bands. your guests will love our music , finding it familiar and entertaining. For any occasion, there is nothing more compelling than live music to make your event successful and memorable. If you prefer, we also have a full complement of acappella doo wop tunes..... The Echoes of Time is a 5 man group whose members have many years of performing experience. We can easily customize our repertoire to suit your needs, ranging from soft ballads to toe tapping, foot-stomping dance music. The 5 group members all sing leads giving the audience a full flavor of the music. In addition to performing locally in New Jersey, we have performed in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Florida. The group was formed in June of 2002 from individual soloists expressing a love and respect for the music of days gone by. We add our own touch to songs that we have all been singing since the 50's. Our group is available for a variety of events such as restaurants, Anniversaries, Reunions, Birthdays, Block Parties, Picnics, Weddings, Car Shows, Clubs, Concerts, Dances, Fundraisers and anywhere else you want great music...... along with a great time!
