NOUR DANNO Health coach Hello everyone! My name is Nour Danno. I am Lebanese and I moved to the United States in August 2018. I studied nutrition and physical education at Notre Dame University. I am vegan and very passionate about the healthy lifestyle. I wrote a book about veganism and health, which I am launching in May 2020. I am very active on social media. I showed up on 7actions news this morning here in Detroit many times to talk about cancer, diabetes and health topics. In the right moment, I am focusing more on extending the knowledge of veganism and health to the public and that's why I post videos on my accounts about it. I didn't grow up as a vegan but after I did my research on animal products causing cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity I couldn't stand meat anymore. I cook vegan food, I read vegan books and I want to share what I know about it with you. Majority of people ask me “Hey lions eat meat so do I”. We can't mimic animals??
