It was the most fantastic experience I've ever encountered with any company. Everyone was so wonderful informative kind beautiful spirit it was so worth it and my grandchildren were so happy. I would most definitely go out and visit the farm and would definitely hire them again. In fact we are planning on using them for an event for our young clients that we have therapy with. If I could give them 100 as a score I would give them 100 plus.

Everything went amazing they arrived early which is very important! We only needed the animals for a walk through for our Christmas program so they offered to set up a petting zoo aftwards so the children could see them since we're paying for a hour. The program went a little longer than expected, but they stayed a little while longer which was very nice of them. I'm very pleased with everything we will definitely be using them for our next event! Very professional they even put on costumes to match the Nativity theme that we had. 10 stars

The staff was extremely kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable about what they were doing, however to share a concern, one of the staff had a t-shirt on that referenced drinking (VERY INAPPROPRIATE for a children's event at a church). The other feedback would be that the 'presentation' was underwhelming, however the gentleman that I dealt with was very kind and he explained why he had to set up in the far corner of our property due to a lack of 'shade' for the animals.

We were very disappointed to hear that one of our team members did not follow our very strict dress requirements, and showed disrespect. We have a zero tolerance for inappropriate dress and have terminated that employee of their job.
