I cannot find enough superlatives for Cirque Du Papier. Michael was a pleasure to work with. Originally we had planned for Michael to showcase his art as a strolling performer. But as soon as he set up his Gallery of Origami, children and adults alike flocked to see his artistry. He performed nonstop due to the throng of people who wanted to see him. When performance time was over, he graciously agreed to perform until the crowds abated--over 2 hours later-which we happily compensated him for. His engaging style and amazing talent make him a perfect fit for any occasion, and I hope we can have him here again in the future!

He was perfect for our school carnival. Micheal was professional, on time, kind and willing to be flexible. Both kids and adults hung around to watch him work! It was also very nice that many people got to take home complicated and interesting paper animals. Great work, Micheal!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but Michael Roy was fantastic, he has a mild nature, that people love! Our customers were very happy with his performance, I would recommend him for all ages, very creative artist!

I hired Michael to entertain for my 50th Birthday Party and he was a big hit! Everyone was amazed what he could do with one piece of paper. Trying to guess what the finished piece would be was fun and there were alot of OOOH's and AAAH's at the final outcome. He interacted well with the guests and everyone went home with one of his creations. Everyone wanted to know where I found this guy! This was the first time I had hired a entertainer or used Gigmasters and I was satisfied with both.

Michael was very accommodating for our outdoor event even though the weather conditions were changing. He was very professional and very talented. I would like to see him be more engaging--but the event required patrons to come to him vs at a party where he would be automatically the center of attention. Overall, I would recommend him.

Although I was expecting a good show, Michael Roy disappointed by not performing to his contract. He arrived an hour in advance which was great! But he was supposed to begin at 7:25 a.m. and end at 8:10 a.m. At 8:10 a.m, I arrived at the theatre to find that he had not begun the show even though I had indicated to him at his arrival that he was to perform as people trickled into the theatre and UNTIL I arrived at 8:10 a.m. His contract was clear and he had my cell phone number to call if he had any questions. Total performance time=10 minutes. The 10 minutes that we did see was terrific!! Too bad he didn't follow directions.

We were very pleased with Cirque du Papier. Michael arrived early, set up on time, and was engaging and funny. He entertained over 100 people over the course of a few hours and made lasting impressions on many of us. I would definitely recommend him for a corporate party like ours, or any other gathering in which roaming entertainment is appropriate.

My summer campers really enjoyed the show and learning how to do origami. the campers talked about the show and the origami animals that were made for hours after the show. Even when they came in today they were talking about the show as well as their parents were talking about the show from what they heard from their children. I would highly recommend Michael Roy to come to your event.
