Touch Basis was born in Sacramento, California. First experiencing his passion for deejaying came in 2000 when he simply played music at his sister's wedding. Loving the fact that people were having a good time on account of the music he played, Touch Basis craved the ability to play whatever he wanted and have people enjoy themselves. Having a passion for the craft, he observed and picked up the styles of certain DJ's scratching, beat matching, and blending.

DJ Touch Basis has made a major name for himself with Colleges in the DMV area. He has made himself one of the most anticipated DJs at events, such as concerts, night clubs and weddings.

His style of deejaying encompasses the laid back sounds of the West Coast, the up-tempo beats of the East Coast, and the heavy bass backgrounds of the South. Having lived in many places, playing music that people will love from all coasts and walks of life.

As time passes his skills become more perfected, Touch Basis has traveled all over the US deejaying events and working with major artist in the music industry. With education as his backbone he was able to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Norfolk State University while shutting down parties all over the country!

DJ TouchBasis was awesome. Great guy and great DJ. He performed at my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party and we all had a blast.

DJ TouchBasis was fabulous! He played the perfect selection of music and kept the party going. He was prompt, professional, and personable. I received several compliments about him and I was asked quite a few times to pass along his information. I will definitely book him for my next event!

He had people up and dancing before dinner was even served! My only thought is that we had requested mics for the ceremony but that ended up being a lost detail on the day of that would have been helpful for all to hear. Otherwise, he was fantastic and everyone greatly enjoyed the party!
