The performers I had were very entertaining especially the way they involved my guests and the main person of the party. overall my guest and I had a great time.

The clown came on time, left on time. This was a first-time event and we actually needed her to help rally interest in some games. That was a spontaneous request, and she absolutely delivered exactly what we needed. She was a delight to have on hand and a really big help to getting our Girl Scouts into the planned games.

We hired a couple of magicians for our event in California, we had such a great time and customers were very pleased with the entertainment, I appreciate all the help supplied and I look forward to working with you in other major events in the near future.

THE AGENT HER SELF WAS VERY HELPFUL.RETURNED MY CALLS AND HELP OUT WITH ANY QUESTIONS.THE CLOWN IN THE OTHER HAND WAS HORRIBLE,SHE WAS VERY RUDE EVERY 15 MINUTES SHE ASK MY GUEST FOR THE TIME, SHE WAS NOT DRESSED FOR THE OCCATION AND COULD NOT HANDLE 10 KIDS HER ATTITUDE AND GRUMPY FACE TOLD IT ALL.ALSO THE FACE PAINTING ,ARTS AND CRAFT ,BALLONS ,AND PICTURE TIME THAT WAS PROMISED WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION SHE TOLD ME THIER WAS NO TIME FOR THEM IT WAS ONLY FACE PAINTING AND BALLON TIME AND TRUST ME MY DAUGHTER WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB AND SHE TWO.I CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW SORRY MY HUSBAND AND I ARE TO HAVE SPENT A DOLLER ON THESE CLOWN.MY ADVISE IS TO ASK FAMILY NIGHBORS AND FAMILY MEMBERS YOU'LL BE AMAZED ON THE CLOWNS THEY CAN RECOMMED I KNOW I WAS,OVERALL AGENCY'S GREAT BUT THEY CAN'T PROMISE OR SHE WHAT YOU WILL GET.BE SHORE YOUR LOVE ONE REALLY HAS A HAPPY B-DAY.

Proper action has been taken for the clown who did not do what she was suppose to. Fun Time Express has refunded the client and sent coupon for future bookings. At Fun Time Express client satisfaction is our number one goal and we will do what ever it takes to make sure of that.
