I booked for my nephews prom from 5pm to 2am. I PAID FOR 9 HOURS!! The driver was 45 MINUTES LATE!!!! then when my nephew was picked up from home, he was told that it was a midnight drop off! This was said in front of my nephews mom, who didnt know what I had reserved for. Why did i pay an extra 3 hours when it was cut short? I'm so sad and upset for my nephew! He thought he had unlimited stops until 2am but was so so shy to speak up! this is unacceptable and unfair! The driver knew what i paid for, why would he do that? And How do i get compensated for those 2 hours and 45 minutes???

First of all, regarding the compensation request, we would like to clarify the situation. We have received 5-star reviews from our previous customers and always try to provide the best service possible.
For your event, we had a group chat that included you, the driver, and our company. In that group, the 9-hour service was clearly mentioned, so everyone was aware of the schedule.
The driver arrived about 45 minutes late due to heavy traffic. We informed Bonnie about the delay, and she understood the situation. Unfortunately, traffic is beyond our control.
After the event, the kids requested to stop at McDonald's, and the driver accommodated the request. Later, two of the kids told the driver they wanted to go to the drop-off address, so he followed their instructions and dropped them off safely.
The driver only follows the instructions given by the passengers. If the group wanted to go somewhere else, they needed to inform the driver.
