WHAT TO EXPECT: Full-Service Event Planning: - Initial consultation call with monthly 30-minute meetings within one year of event. Within one month of event, we will schedule weekly 30 minute discussions. - I will do your vendor research, manage vendor bookings, manage and track your expenses within a pre-determined budget, and craft your run of show. Day-Of Coordination: - Initial consultation call with one 30-minute meeting to discuss your run of show and specific needs you would like me to accomplish on event day. TRAVEL: - Serving the Jersey Shore and beyond, up to 60 miles of travel is included in a package when booking. Anything beyond will have a flat rate travel fee. BIOGRAPHY: Hi, I’m Alyssa! With 10 years of professional event planning experience and a degree from Monmouth University, I specialize in both full-service planning and day-of coordination. I’ve had the privilege of planning a wide range of events, including galas, golf outings, award ceremonies, team-building activities, and holiday celebrations.
