We take on small events from upwards of ten guests to Weddings and special events up to 200 guests. Our cuisine style is Global Contemporary and we can make foods from all over the world. We create multi-course Chef curated dinners, Casual Farm 2 Table Style Brunches and Dinners, Beautiful Cocktail Parties and Tapas. Originally hailing from the beautiful Island of Sri Lanka, Charles has grown up and lived in many cultures and traditions from across the world including Ethiopia, Nigeria, England, Mexico and the United States and these global influences continue to inspire him in molding his culinary fingerprint. Charles loves to merge cooking techniques and elements from all over the world to create unique and delicious foods that have grabbled the attention of many high-profile New Yorkers.
