Our offerings include full or partial event planning, coordination, execution and custom concepts for holiday decorations. An in-house team of floral designers can accommodate custom event requests and installations. PTC maintains a vast inventory of vintage tableware and event rentals, which are regularly leveraged to clients looking to elevate their events. We design artfully curated high-touch events and designs, without engaging in overused concepts and ideas. Our love for whimsical detailing, incorporating custom fabricated elements into our design and imaging never- been-done-before ideas, all work on your behalf to set your event or design apart. We service the southern region of the USA and remain available for commission abroad. We support most budget sizes. Services: Full Service Planning Producing and designing attractive and enjoyable weddings and events effectively is a great deal of work. We understand that not everyone enjoys the process as much as we do! From start to finish, we propose and execute authentic experiential concepts that are 100% inspired by, and unique to, you and your interests! No two events should be alike! The Full-Service Production and Design Package is curated for those who may be looking for a seamless experience via concierge approach. Partial Planning For those more confident in your vision, aesthetic, and definite requirements for your event, you may not need the full package. That said, you still want some support across the project. The Partial Planning Package is your answer. We can step in to propose strategy support and expert advice for things like vendor selection in line with your style and budget and much more. This package allows you to remain the project lead but gain someone to lean on. A lot! This package also includes wedding/event day management for the ceremony/program and a rehearsal. Some of our greatest inspirations include European History, Classic Architecture, Historic Gardens, The Gilded Age & The Golden Age of Hollywood. What is your fees structure? Wedding planning fees are flat-rate packages and follow 20% of the total wedding budget. Bespoke Event and Holiday Decor fees include service charges on each concept plus an hourly rate of $175.00 for planning time and $75.00 for partner level execution time. Support staff count and payment rates are specific to each project. Wedding packages start at $10,000.00 (Bespoke Events & Holiday Décor- $2,500.00) and may range from full-service planning to wedding florals. Average costs vary greatly from event to event, but planning can range from $2,000 for base packages to $60,000+ for higher end events. Our hourly rates are $75 for execution time and $150 for planning time. Please know all of our proposals are fully customized to your specific vision. We are not able to share “ball park pricing,” until we connect with all vendors and confirm supply lists. We can however discuss if we think your budget is realistic or not. We strive to accommodate most budget sizes. Our wedding packages begin at $10,000 and our Holiday Decoration concepts start at $2,500. We offer customizable packages and flexible pricing to ensure you get the best value for your money. We’ll help you prioritize expenses, find cost-effective solutions, and create a beautiful designs that reflect your vision without compromising quality. We maintain a huge inventory of event supplies which often helps to subsidize costs.We pride ourselves on catering to a wide array of budget sizes. We prioritize choosing projects of specific interest, resulting in each client receiving our team’s undivided attention and full creative force behind your project.
