My professional background is rooted in hospitality leadership, where I’ve spent more than two decades managing high-pressure, high-performance environments including large banquet operations, commercial kitchens, and live event teams. These roles required strong leadership presence, quick decision-making, and the ability to motivate diverse teams while maintaining composure and confidence under pressure. In addition to my leadership roles, I am also an entrepreneur. I built and operated my own company and independently opened two cafés from the ground up, managing everything from concept development and operations to team building and financial oversight. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of resilience, risk-taking, and the confidence it takes to lead and make decisions in demanding environments. I’m also an inventor with two approved patents and one pending patent, focused on improving sanitary hygiene and practical operational solutions. Innovation and problem-solving have become an important part of my leadership journey, and I enjoy sharing how creativity and persistence can drive both personal and professional growth. Today I consult with hospitality and operations teams on leadership development, team culture, workflow efficiency, and navigating demanding workplace environments without burning out.
