Bella Faccia On the Lake:
Hi Jessica, thank you for your review. I did arrive at your house an hour before my start time to set up. Our contracted time was 11:30-1:30 p.m. I offered Glitter tattoos, since I knew that it would take me 90 minutes to travel back to my home and get the missing supplies. My forgetting them was inexcusable, and it never should have happened. I am so sorry, again. However, I started exactly one hour later (since I had gotten there so early I had extra time for the 120 mile round trip) than originally contracted. I did give your guests two full hours of service, but also an additional 30 minutes of tattoos for the guests who stayed after your party's end time. I wanted to make sure that everyone that wanted a tattoo, got one, and some guests received three or more. I finished my services at 3 p.m., when there were no more requests. I am so sorry for the delay in getting started, it was totally my fault and that is why I stayed longer, to serve as many guests as possible.Booked Events
