Hi, my name is Venus DelMar & I'm a professional fire dancer. My performance speciality is delivering beautiful, inspiring, graceful performances. My fire props include crown, fans, palm torches, sword & staff. Over the past decade, I've performed on some of the world's largest festival stages & for high profile corporate events. I also perform for private events & gatherings such as birthday parties, weddings & holidays. I absolutely love performing & dancing with fire, it has been a passion of mine for over a decade. Costumes can be requested*** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Typical Performance Scenarios: 1) ambient performance where I perform 5 minute sets throughout an hour to music already at the event (great for DJ sets, festival performances, events with lots of entertainment) 2) perform a 15 minute set as a special highlight to the event, maximum of 2 sets within one hour (great for birthday parties, personal occasions, private events) 3) perform with a world-class musician, combining the art of fire dancing with the live sounds of the didgeridoo & native american flute Additional Services: Teaching how to fire dance safely- great for small group party that wants to learn this exciting skill Dancing with beautiful White Silk Fans- great if fire is not permitted Stage Requirements: Approximately 15 by 15 ft flat ground (stage flooring, concrete, grass) Nothing flammable above the stage (trees, decorations, etc) Another area separate to stage area to set up fire equipment Other Fire Performance Considerations: Extreme winds are unsafe for outdoor performances For indoor performances high cielings/venue permission is required Typically a dancer brings a 'fire safety' to help with the show Most recent feedback: Client for Private Event~ "Venus was amazing to work with!
