UVG's mission is to combine the soul of funk with the pulse and power of hip/hop. Live funk and sample culture at its finest!
This means that on any given night you can hear Diana Ross' "I'm Coming Out" blended with The Notorious B.I.G's "Mo Money Mo Problems," or Curtis Mayfield's "Move On Up" meshed with Kayne West's "Touch The Sky."
UVG never, ever uses backing tracks and never fakes their performances.
