Ben arrived on time and played the repertoire agreed upon for the memorial service. At least one attendee remarked that she would hire Ben for a memorial service she is arranging. Ben is a professional who plays music that stirs the soul.

I never met Ben in person till after the ceremony. We communicated through email only. He always responded immediately and made the booking/ payment process easy. The music he played was on point. He also went with the flow of our wedding even though it didn't go as planned. Ben was a great sport and will be hiring him again for my next big event!
