John played beautiful music for our wedding. He is exceptionally talented, and even learned a song for me to walk down the aisle with my dad. He was very communicative and kind, and he took time to play songs for us before the wedding to ensure we were happy. Thanks, John!

John is a great musician with professionalism and tons of experience. His prices are very affordable and very low considering his level of guitar expertise and what people below his level, charge. He worked with my wife and I every step of the way and even went out of his way to learn a new song for us. For the ceremony his song choices helped make for the best day of our lives and provided great atmosphere in the pre ceremony. During the cocktail set he thrilled our guests who couldn’t help but buzz about his playing for days after. 100% recommended and I would love to work with him in the future. Thank you John!

John did an amazing job providing music for my husband's memorial service. He learned two of my husband's favorite songs, and performed them perfectly. John's performance was definitely the highlight of the service, and was an amazing way to honor my husband and his memory. I've very glad I was able to find such a great musician for this important event.

John was great to work with: he reached out before we even made a decision to learn about the event and our vision for it. He offered a wide-ranging catalogue and was very adaptable to our needs. He showed up on time, brought his own sound equipment and played a variety of styles and genres that was interesting without being distracting to the overall event where people were having conversations and conducting business. We'd definitely work with him again next time we're in the ABQ/Santa Fe area.

We hired John for a private house party fundraiser with a specific theme. Prior to the event John had great communication with us on what he would provide, timing, set up needs and pricing.
At the event he was professional. He arrived on time, had a great set- up, and his music was perfect for our crowd and theme. I would enthusiastically recommend him .

I think the amplification was too much for our space. I mentioned going acoustic but John disagreed with that. Given a larger space, his volume might have been fine. Other than that, his sound was great. There was some confusion about the start time we wanted, maybe related to multiple gigs around Christmas.

John played for our wedding. We spoke to many guatarists and when we met John he made us feel comfortable and went through all of his songs more then once to make sure we had the perfect play list. We wanted him to play God Bless the Broken Road, which he did and was amazing! We could not be happier with John's performance. We highly recommend him to anyone!

John could not have been better! He made my event truly perfect. His voice is so smooth and beautiful, he was friendly, communicative, on-time (a little early even), professional and everything was great. I just can't say how much we all appreciated his music but having the total event go so smoothly was just an added bonus. We truly recommend John and I hope we stay in touch with him. I am happy for the review that the client gave me but I really I feel the score should have been higher especially the score of 3. This was a 5 hour solo gig and I have never played a solo for this long. It was a marathon and I never repeated a tune. I also had a cold which made it even more difficult and did affect me performance marginally. I still really enjoyed performing, I received lots of compliments and picked up 2 new guitar students. As always, I am appreciative for the work and a special thanks to Tiffany for hiring me!!!!

We were so happy that John could play at our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. He played and sang a wide variety of songs that everyone enjoyed. Many of the guests even asked how they could contact John for future events. John helped make this special celebration an event to remember. We would definitely ask John to play at future events. John did a fine job with instrumentals and songs that he sung. I requested background music and that's what I got. The guests appreciated it so they could talk during the reception. I was already familiar with John as we heard him perform elsewhere.
