Nate Burns is a professional guitarist based in Long Beach, California, providing live music for corporate events, private parties, restaurants, hotels, and special events throughout Southern California. A graduate of the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at Cal State Long Beach with a Master’s degree in Jazz Performance, Nate has spent more than a decade performing in a wide range of musical settings. He approaches every performance with the same goal: creating the right atmosphere while serving the music and the event. His repertoire spans jazz standards, soul, Motown, R&B, funk, pop, folk, Americana, classic rock, singer-songwriter favorites, and instrumental arrangements of well-known songs. Nate enjoys creating original interpretations and arrangements while tailoring each performance to the audience and setting. Drawing from jazz, soul, Americana, and pop influences, Nate enjoys finding unique ways to interpret familiar songs while staying true to their character. His performances are polished, personal, and crafted to enhance the experience.
