Steve Vest has been performing as a solo guitarist,and singer/songwriter since the late 1960's. He was an opening act for Tom Petty,Lynyrd Skynyrd,and The Allman Brothers,as well as being lead vocalist and harmonica player for The King James Version,Magi and Grinderswitch in the 1970's. Steve sings, plays acoustical electric guitar and harmonica at the same time. He plays many genres of rock and is very entertaining with his unlimited energy and multiple sounds with his fast finger picking. As a creative,dynamic songwriter,you can hear Steve's original songs,as well as his extensive list of other great artists. Steve's Christian music includes playing for a Billy Graham Crusade in Dallas,Texas in 1972,and many outdoor concerts. He recorded a Christian Soft Rock CD in 2004 with songs that were written from 1969 to 2004.
