HarpSong, a Pacific Northwest flute and harp duo, features the talents of musicians Jennifer Grady, flutist, and Karen Almquist, harpist and soprano. HarpSong has been performing together since 1995 throughout the Greater Willamette Valley region of Oregon. They perform for a variety of venues such as weddings, receptions, private events and public concerts. HarpSong performs music from a wide variety of genres including Classical, Contemporary, Traditional, Celtic, Popular, New Age, Folk, Sacred, Popular and Holiday. Their music is an elegant addition to any special occasion. In addition to the wonderful blend of flute and harp, Karen also lends her exceptional vocal talents to the mix. Their talent was exceptional. They played before, after and during the ceremony! The music was a magical touch to our wedding day. The flute and harp combo was exquisite and Karen's voice brought the happiest tears! The music interludes during our ceremony was incredible. It was the perfect touch to our wedding in a forested lake setting. They played multicultural music to match the eclectic cultures and traditions we performed at our wedding. Harp song comes with my highest recommendation.
