She was very accommodating. We asked her to bring her harp instead of playing the piano and we changed the date to a week earlier. She brought her harp and arrived on the agreed upon date!
She arrived about 20 minutes early and was set up before the party began.
Many guests remarked on how well she played and really appreciated the music.
Absolutely would recommend her to friends.
Totally satisfied.

I am extremely pleased with Ms. Bennett's performance. She played all of the songs that I requested and everyone was very complimentary of her performance at the wedding ceremony. I would highly recommend Ms. Bennett and could not imagine her playing the harp at my wedding ceremony

It was such a treat to have Ms. Bennet perform for our Christmas Party of about 180. She is an entertaining and extremely talented professional. In addition to her classical pieces, she was able to add lively Christmas tunes which had some guests singing along. The other guests also truly enjoyed minglng with her during her breaks. We would love to have her perform with her harp at a smaller event.

Mrs. Bennett was very friendly and I enjoyed meeting with her. She is a nice person, and was prompt to respond to e-mails. Communication with her was easy. She did however, call me for directions on the morning of the wedding, which made my preparation a bit more stressful and worrisome. She also played the wedding march way before my father walked me down the aisle, so the guests listened to it while my bridesmaids were still making their way to the altar. Leaving earlier than I suspected was another thing I noticed. Overall, I don't regret hiring her for my wedding, but I do think things could have went a bit smoother.

She asked several times to increase the price after the booking and complained to everyone at the wedding about the distance even though it was clearly states beforehand
finally she ened up demanding another 100 dollars from a family member. Very unprofessional but played well

Hye-yun Chung Bennett was great. She played for the cocktail hour prior to my daughters wedding. Many of my guests made comments to me during and after the cocktail hour about how much they enjoyed her music and how it added that special touch to the affair. I would definately hire her again and strongly reccommend her.

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with Ms. Bennett's lack of professionalism and attitude. As she showed up a 1/2 hour late causing the entire wedding to be late and the entire evening to be rushed! She did not play most of the cocktail hour as she was noted to be sitting and eating most of the time by various guests. How is it if you are already late for an event 30 plus minutes you still need to take a 30min break! Ms. Bennett was paid in full a week before the event and her services where very matter of fact and I cannot begin to describe how angry I am with her, And I would NEVER recommend her services again.

Hye-yun played one Nutcracker performance and did a fantastic job in an extremely challenging condition. She is a consummate professional with excellent rhythm and technique.
