John was highlight of our event. John besides being incredibly talented musician.is a true professional. The moment I heard the first notes form his Kora before booking I knew John would be perfect and exceeded. all of our expectations. I have received so raving comment about John and his music form our guests. i was looking for a unique, emotional, up lifting., and joyful. experience and John more than delivered. I will book John again in the future. Reposting as noticed 4.5 - I would rate John 100 Star if allowed as he elevated our event. to highest level.

John's performance at our company awards dinner was wonderful. He played at a level that allowed us to have table conversations while at the same time elevating the overall experience. He enhanced our evening and we hope to work with him again.

John was great and wonderful during our reception for the Refugee Artisans of Worcester Show. He played when several of the artisan demonstrated their artwork and show how they create their uniquely traditional art. He created a wonderful and joys mood that transition into the perfected atmosphere for the reception.

John is amazing. He takes the time to explain what a Kora is, how he came to play one, and the history of the music he performs. He plays both traditional and original music. It is equally impressive that he makes his own instruments and shares that process with the audience. From relaxing to upbeat, John's music will leave you wanting more.

John was a wonderful addition to our ceremony, all of the guests were in awe of the beautiful sound and the look of the harp itself and how it enhanced the ambiance of the barn and really made us happy that we chose him as our wedding musician. Thanks again!

John played for my wife's 40th birthday party at our house. He was both personal and professional throughout planning and performace. John filled the house with a tranquil melody that was in a class by itself. The kora's unparalleled sound and John's musical talent made him the best choice for our celebration. John is a professional musician with multiple albums available to enjoy/sample. If you are looking for relaxing music and to work with a dependable musician I highly recommend John!

We hired John for a wedding this September. It was a beautiful day and the music that John provided to our ceremony and reception was exceptional. Many people attending asked me where I found him and commented on how wonderful he played and blended with the ceremony. I will hire him again in an instant, he was prompt, self sufficient in setting up and an overall pleasure to have at our family home for the wedding.

I can't express enough how incredibly awesome you made our party!! The sound that comes from the Kora is absolutely beautiful and you play it perfectly!!
