Kirsten was extremely easy to work with at a sad and somewhat spontaneous memorial service. She was attuned to the crowd and played beautifully before and during the service, and afterwards. A true professional, a pleasure to deal with-highly recommend

Kirsten was on time, dressed appropriately but unfortunately did not have any kind of microphone or amplifying system and the majority of my guests (170) could not hear her & didn't even know she was playing. I was very disappointed and didn't expect that to happen, especially because it was a bit costly for only 1 hour.

Amplification was never discussed for this performance. This event was poorly organized and the maitre d’ had no idea where I should even set up. She determined my location for the cocktail hour, positioned between two huge rooms. If the client had known or communicated that the location would require amplification, I would have gladly discussed that option. Instead, the client chooses to leave negative feedback for something that was never discussed.
I had many guests comment on how much they enjoyed the music so it’s puzzling to read that “no one could hear me.” I even received inquiries on how I could be reached for future events.

Everything was very professional from start to finish. I cannot put into words how amazing Kirsten Agresta Copely was at our wedding ceremony! We used her for our ceremony music and it still gives me goosebumps thinking about how beautiful her Celtic harp sounded. If you’re looking for a harpist, no need to look any further. Thanks again Kirsten for making my special day one to remember! Everyone’s still talking about how awesome her performance and presence was.

First off I was shocked that Ms. Copely was willing to perform at our small wedding after seeing her accomplished credentials. Once we booked she gave us choices of music for her to play and followed up and performed for us over the phone since we live in Los Angeles. She arrived an hour before the ceremony for prepping and was absolutely gracious to our guests. Her music created the perfect atmosphere and set the tone for the whole ceremony. My bride and I absolutely recommend her and for the price I would think it is a good addition to any reception as she plays the classical and modern pieces.

Kirsten made the music for our wedding rehearsal dinner so perfect. Her selections with the sound of the harp were great background for the night. She was accommodating in every way from music selection to seemlessly setting up and take down. She communicated with us to make certain of our needs and wishes. Talent is without question. I highly recommend Kirsten for your event!

Kirsten Agresta Copely's beautiful harp added so much to our afternoon tea fundraiser! She exceeded all of our expectations. We had twice the attendance at our party. Largely due to Kirsten's fine reputation as a beautiful harpist. She arrived early and played throughout our event. We can't wait until our next event and we will definitely be calling Kirsten! Kirsten agreed to play at my daughter's wedding with only two weeks advance notice, yet worked with her and with me to insure that what she played was exactly what my daughter wanted. She came early, on an extremely hot day, played beautifully and was spot on with the unexpected twists and turns of a wedding. We were truly blessed! I couldn't recommend her enough!
