Kela Walton made our cocktail hour at our daughter's wedding amazing!! Everyone commented on her talent and how beautiful it was to have her playing the harp. I will have her at our next big event for sure!!
Kela is thrilled to be living and performing in the Carolinas. Prior to moving to Spartanburg, Kela served as the Interim Principal Harp with Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as performed for the BPO's international tour in Poland. Her other orchestral credits include past positions and concert engagements with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, San Antonio Symphony, and Austin Symphony Orchestra, to name a few. Originally from Texas, Kela held a four year position at Austin's Historic Driskill Hotel as harpist for tea and holiday brunches. Kela is an enthusiastic educator and teaches harp lessons to students of all ages. When not at the harp Kela enjoys practicing yoga, running, and spending time with her husband conductor Stefan Sanders.
