Marina was exactly what we wanted and more! She is not only a lovely person, but very easy to work with. She learned a new song for when the bride walked down the aisle, and it was just gorgeous!!!! Thank you soooo much!!!! :)

It was amazing!! Marina added a touch of elegance that took my wedding ceremony to a whole new level. Her excitement and dedication to making sure the wedding was a success was akin to the committment of my friends and family. She even matched her dress perfectly to my wedding colors without me even requesting so. I am still getting comments from my guests about what a wonderful job she did. She also had every song I could think of for oldies, to classical, to disney songs, to folk, jazz, and contemporary. Wow. I thought for sure she wouldn't havr the eclectic mix I wanted but she proved me wrong. She was the absolute BEST choice for the ceremony musician.

Having Marina play at our celebration literally MADE the celebration. She is a highly accomplished artist with a varied repertoire. She was most generous to our guests, speaking with them as well as responding to their requests. My husband and I are musicians...and when we wanted a harpist, we wanted excellence. Marina delivered. Regarding logistics, she was early, set up her instrument, and made it easy for us to position her in relationship to other activities. I highly recommend Marina to anyone who wants an extraordinary event and an extraordinary musician.

Marina is a talented performer. However, we did have an issue with her professionalism. She got cold during our reception and rather than asking to be accommodated she informed us that she would no longer play and proceeded to leave an hour and a half before the time she was contracted to play. Unfortunately we had paid her in advance and when we asked for a partial refund she refused and gave us absurd reasoning. She blamed us saying that we should have had our reception indoors, which I found offensive considering it was MY wedding. She was previously informed of the venue. We would recommend her to others, but would advise that you pay her AFTER the event!

In one word: miscommunication.
On the contract client stated outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Reception ended up outdoor on a very cold, windy and cloudy day. Temperature was below 60 and most guests were wearing winter coats over their nice clothes. The whole time it looked like it was about to rain which made me worry for my instrument. I did the best I could in the conditions and stopped playing with the first drops of rain. Accommodations were not offered at this point. Event ended an hour earlier then contracted, meaning guests left as I was finishing up loading the harp and equipment.

Marina played at the mass and reception at my mother's outdoor 80th birthday party. We had given her music in advance. She played beautifully and looked angelic as well. We would definitely ask her to play again.
