Harpist Rachel Clemente is able to set a variety of moods and tones with her enthralling music for your event. Whether you are thinking of classical (Canon in D, Bridal March etc.), Irish and Scottish music, Pop, or Jazz, Rachel's repertoire covers a wide range of genres. In addition, if there's a piece that you want which isn't in her repertoire, Rachel would be happy to arrange it to make your special day uniquely yours! Duos and trios are available on request and the harp can be paired with a variety of instruments including bagpipes (highlands or smalls), violin/fiddle, cello, guitar, and vocalists as well as many other combinations! Rachel's past performing events include weddings, private parties, gala's, benefit auctions and house concerts. She has been a featured performer at the Celtic Connections Festival (Scotland), BBC Radio Scotland, the Pipes of Christmas (NYC), and toured frequently throughout the East coast, Midwest and abroad. Rachel holds a degree from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Traditional Scottish Music and was the USA National Scottish Harp Champion in 2016 and the winner of the Princess Margaret of the Isles Clàrsach Competition (USA) in 2021.
