Susan Knapp Thomas was AMAZING! She accommodated all special request songs (even the Beatles!). I would not have been more pleased with another performer. She worked with me long distance up until the wedding because I live out of state from where the ceremony was held. I was so late for my wedding and the day of plans changed and she was able to work with us through the changes and time delay. I am so happy she was there for us on our special day. She was so professional and let the harp be displayed for all the pictures. I had no worries working with her at all! I advice get an amplifier if you're worried about level of sound on recorded video of ceremony.
