Aloha Talent Shoppers! With a passion for music, I'm Bruddah "Vince", a versatile and seasoned musician based in Los Angeles, CA. I sing and play acoustic guitar & ukulele, specializing in Island & Hawaiian Music. I also like to mix in a little pop, country, rhythm & blues, and reggae. My journey in the world of music began 30 years ago. Since then, I've been entertaining audiences with my soulful voice, guitar melodies, and the enchanting sounds of the ukulele. I strive in utilizing music as a therapy as we take a journey to a place of bliss where we can sing & laugh together while swaying to the rhythm. Honing my musical skills were achieved by studying at college level, where I gained the fundamentals of music theory and applied performance. This educational background has enriched my musical understanding and helped me evolve as a versatile musician. My style is a fusion of heartfelt storytelling and musical prowess. I bring a mix of genres into my performances, from soothing ballads to energetic medleys, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for your audience. For your event, I'll introduce myself to your guests, encourage requests and keep your itinerary flowing by making any necessary announcements and other relevant information in order to promote guest delight. People have shared with me that "I bring the Islands to them". I feel that performing music is my calling. I'd love to make your event a memorable one. For cozy settings, I can sing and play unplugged. For a larger room or an outdoor setting, I can plug into my guitar amp. For larger gatherings up to 100 people, I can provide a P.A. system. My goal is to have you sit back, relax and forget about your worries while the music soothes your soul. Venue Planning: A provision of shade or a Sunbrella is appreciated for outdoor performances. My audio amplification setup can be fully battery-powered for up to six hours, allowing me to perform in locations without access to electrical outlets.
