New Orleans Henna specializes in traditional henna techniques using natural red/brown henna. We only use pure organic henna leaves, lavender oil, and lemon juice in our mix. There are no chemicals or synthetic dyes in our henna, and we mix the henna fresh before each event. We offer glitter and gilding gel for henna at no extra charge. Our artists are available for everything from traditional weddings, corporate events, university events, birthday parties for children and adults, showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and private appointments. We are experienced in the henna traditions of many cultures, and are honored to provide services for your wedding or special event. Our artists' other talents include yoga instructor, belly dancer and jeweler. We are also able to provide belly dancers for exotic themed parties. In addition, New Orleans Henna offers professional face and body painting services for school and corporate events, parties, Mardi Gras balls, and private appointments. We always use professional grade, hypoallergenic face and body paints by Paradise, TAG and Ben Nye. Please view the gallery for a sample of our work.
