The journey to becoming the Cowboy Hypnotist began in 2012, in Las Vegas where Don Warren spent time with Jerry Valley, Tommy Vee and Michael DeSchalit, (who is still considered Don’s greatest influence). After that first taste he was immediately hooked. Don continued honing his craft under the tutelage of Marc Savard, who at the time had the biggest hypnosis show in Las Vegas at the Planet Hollywood. After countless hours of practice and training, Don was ready to unleash his talents. But something was missing. It was in Las Vegas at the Paris hotel when Anthony Cools upon finishing one of his shows provided that final piece when he told Don, "No other hypnotist looks or sounds like you. You should call yourself the "The Cowboy Hypnotist." On Valentine’s Day, 2013, in Odessa Texas, Don debuted his act, and what followed was a whirlwind of success. Since that day, the Cowboy Hypnotist has performed over 500 shows and hypnotized an estimated 20,000-plus people. Priding himself on giving the audience his best effort with each performance, Don treats each guest with respect and dignity. And he shows up early and stays later after each show.
