Dinah's Daydream is Asheville, NC's premier gypsy jazz band. Whether you want tasteful, elegant background music at your event or a wedding or party with danceable, fun, upbeat gypsy jazz, we will cater our professional music to make a magical, memorable experience for you and your guests. We have some of the best musicians in the region in our musical family. We're led by guitarist Mike Kenton, and we feature Alex Travers (violin), Phil Alley (guitar), Jim Tanner (guitar) and James Dawkins (upright bass). Depending on your needs & your budget, we can create beautiful music for you as a duo, trio or quartet.

Hire them now! They were an amazingly talented group that were the perfect touch to our rehearsal dinner. Their music was the just right element needed for bringing awkward moments of two families coming together before a wedding. 10 out of 10! They showed up early and set up and started right on time. They have fantastic communication and are so professional!

Cannot recommend enough! These guys were perfect. We had a party of 80ish folks. Mike and the band set up on the porch and everyone loved it. Super nice guys, very professional, and most importantly, the music was great. Highly endorse
