I love Svetlana and the Delancey Five so much that I brought them down to my wedding in Florida! They absolutely made my wedding reception swing and people were blown away by how great jazz can be. Not only did they work seamlessly with the venue and my wedding planner, they learned my first dance song in the tempo I wanted and allowed my friend to sing with them for a special number. They even played the horah! I cannot recommend them enough.

I have to begin by saying that I'm a big fan on Svetlana and the Delancey Five as a lover of jazz. So I was stoked when they were able to do my engagement party in New York! They worked seamlessly with the venue and with the schedule of events I had laid out. Just a great band with open communication and stellar music. I highly recommend them!

Svetlana and Th Delancey Five (or now New York Cooperative) is a high energy very professional and talented Jazz Band. My guests approached me few times during our party to tell me how much they enjoy the vocalist and the trumpet player. In addition to her varied Jazz and Swing repertoire, Svetlana had a surprise song dedicated to the theme of the party. Guests enjoyed dancing and at the end of the event, all stood up, applauding the band and singing along!

Svetlana and her 7 piece band performed at our black tie wedding that was put together with only 3 weeks notice and she was so flexible and thought of everything and even learned a few new songs on short notice. The performance was wonderful, everyone in the room, young and old, fell in love with her!

Svetlana was simply amazing! She is kind and professional at all times! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect! She learned a few special requests and worked closely with our venue and event coordinator to make sure the experience would be memorable. The talent of her and her band impressed everyone who was there and was more than we ever could have hoped for. Her band really put on a show! There's a lot that went in to planning our wedding and it was nice having someone like Svetlana to take the stress out of planning the music for our big day. Svetlana was very responsive, professional, and friendly when we were organizing the concert. She promptly answered all my questions clearly over email and phone. I appreciated her organization and attention to detail. On show day, she and the band were engaging and took time after the show to talk and exchange conversations and laughs with audience members. Svet was an absolute dream to work! From the ceremony to the reception she curated the PERFECT soundscape for our wedding day that our guests are still buzzing about. Svet went over the timeline in detail and has such a beautiful understanding of how to build up momentum and get the crowd on their feet! Her voice is like butter and her band was equally as talented and FUN! We asked them to learn The Golden Girls Theme song as our first dance and they not only knocked it out of the park! Svet and her crew made our day unforgettable and we will absolutely be hiring them for future events. From start to finish we were in the hands of a passionate polished professional.

As a corporate event planner I work with many bands - Svetlana one of the best I have ever worked with - Professional, very quick to respond, managed multiple requests from my agency and the venue, and very low maintenance. The event was a "Speakeasy" / "Roaring 20s" themed holiday party for my client - held at a posh iconic NYC location that has seen the highest level of talent - and Svetlana did not disappoint! Their attire, vibe, and music was all very classy and just right for the occasion. The crowd loved them and they really took our "Speakeasy" themed holiday event to the next level and added just the right flair to this high profile corporate event.

Svetlana and her band were amazing - and great to work to work with! They were absolutely perfect for my 1920s themed Birthday party. I would highly recommend them! They are perfect either for background music or to get everyone up and dancing on the floor - so everyone has a great time! My guest still talk about them!

We are a corporate event planning group and were contacted to provide music services for "Roaring 20s" holiday event for one of our corporate clients. Since the event had to have vintage / 'roaring 20s' vibe, Svetlana & her band were a perfect match for the theme! The band was extremely professional and created just the right vibe for the event - from music selection, classy vibe, vintage inspired dress code, to high responsiveness from our first request to the event date. They were very enthusiastic, highly professional and overall very flexible about meeting our client's needs! We will definitely use them again in the future!

BOOK THIS BAND!!! Super professional, responsive, top rate talented band! We have been hiring different bands over the years for our events - and this event was by far the best, thanks to the music that Svetlana and her band provided! An absolute pleasure to work with from the booking - to the event date ! We are looking forward to have them back for another event soon!
