I'm Bob Miner, I play saxophones. I'm available for solo sax work. I lead The Cooper St Extension, a variable sized group from Duo Sax/Piano to quartet to eight piece funk-horn band. Styles range from Dixieland and traditional jazz to funk and pop. The jazz duo is a versatile vocal or instrumental solution for the small budget and small quiet venue. We play traditional jazz and pop with vocals. Our jazz quartet is sax, piano, bass and drums with vocals. Listen for John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Return to Forever & Weather Report when we choose the set list. This versatile group is ready for your requests in jazz & pop. You can request Billy Joel, The Beatles and more. The largest group sports a 3-horn section with keys, guitar and vocal harmonies for full-on dances with funk and pop from the 70s and forward.
