Christmas PartyReviewed on December 18, 2018From Lake Arrowhead, CA

We hired this group at our Holiday Party and they were great. It lightened the mood and everyone was really happy about it. The only hiccups we had were getting the whole group as a whole at first. I misread the invoice so we were only going to get the band at first. Make sure to read your contract! Andrew was understanding and send us a new invoice/contract right away. The second hiccup we had was paying. Since our company only uses credit cards it was hard to get the payment to them quickly because it was not their preferred method. Luckily we were able to work it out with our account department. They are wonderful, and you should hire them for your next event!

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on November 20, 2017From Silverado, CA

Simone's voice will take you to a new level. The Essentials are great with or without vocals but Simone is definitely a cherry on top. They were a pleasure to work with and we were so happy we found them for our wedding. They were awesome at setting a romantic mood!

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on August 11, 2016From Los Angeles, CA

We had an amazing experience with the band at our reception. Everyone raved about how great their performance was, and one of our friends even thought we were playing a record (they were that good). They had to switch out the saxophone for a keyboard at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict, but it worked out great. The vocalist sounded great and played really well with the band. She also played the role of a DJ for us by announcing the next steps and who will take the centerpiece, etc. They were also very professional and courteous throughout the booking process and we're so glad we found them.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on August 5, 2016From Huntington Beach, CA

The Essentials are a professional, talented, and accommodating ensemble. They performed at my Indian wedding and were abel to accommodate special requests, even styles that were not in their existing repertoire. They were easy to work with and responsive. I highly recommend this group and will be reaching out to them for my next event as well.

These guys were FANTASTIC. Very professional and talented. We had them play during our cocktail hour and dinner at our wedding yesterday, and we had so many people tell us how awesome they were. Thanks again to all the guys for coming out and making our reception so lovely. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
