The Texas GypsiesSwing Band from Dallas, TX

Now in it's 18th year we have literally performed thousands of shows all over the world from concerts to weddings to corporate and private events and know how to perform for various events and themes! This band was formed by experienced professional musicians including GRAMMY winners and musicians from many famous recording artists and has established itself as a Classy, Unique and Fun group perfect for any event. We can play a variety of styles and from 1920' songs for Gatsby Parties to BIG BAND swing standards (Sinatra,Buble), Classic hit songs from 20's-2000's, Gypsy Jazz (Django) , WESTERN SWING (Bob Wills), New Orleans Jazz, Classic Rock and Pop, and more! We also add in a female singer for more dance/disco/motown music if needed! Swing Dancers can be provided to teach guests to dance if requested. From solo musicians to a 12pc big band, The Texas Gypsies have performed for : concerts, festivals, wedding receptions, corporate events, fundraisers and more. They are able to do both instrumental and vocal music. Some of the artists our band members have played with are: The Jacksons, Wings, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Texas Playboys, Wynton Marsalis, Tony Bennett, Barbara Mandrell, Blues Brothers and many more!!
