The band was in place and began playing at 7:30 PM as we welcomed our 130 guests from all over the United States. So many of our guests had not seen one another for so many years, that they were caught up in getting caught-up with one another. After a mixer, more of the guests started to dance. All guests seemed to enjoy the "live band" and the music they were playing. All in all, it was a very successful evening and the band was a big part of that. It was most satisfying to see the young people enjoy dancing to what they referred to as their grandparents "old" music, yet they were dancing too. A fun evening. We would do it the same again.
