MEMBER SINCE 2011

$250 - $600 per event
About
Best known in town as 'the little lady with the big voice' Marla Sampson performs a wide variety of styles, ranging from free-wheelin' contemporary pop ballads of the 70s to cabaret standards of the roaring 20s and 40s.

She has been singing since the age of eight, and in early adulthood has attended such workshops as Juliard and Turtle Bay Music school, before long landing gigs at such premier clubs as 'Don't Tell Mama's" and The Iridium.

Although no stranger to jazz, she has only recently begun getting out her name as a jazz chanteause of the The Great American Songbook, making a stellar debut at "Something Jazz Club".

When she's not sharing the bandstand with her long time companion pianist extraordinare Vince Prestianni, she's headlining with some of the finest up and coming notables on the NY jazz scene.

Her sultry yet soothing voice, upbeat personality, and astounding versatility, make Marla a welcomed addition to any venue, or special event.
