We play all of the great American standards by Gerswin, Cole Porter, Carmicheal, Ellington, Kern, Hammerstein, including classics from the Blue Note era, by Miles Davis, John Coltrane and many others. These groups have played many weddings and other events in the DC Metro area to very satisfied clients over the past 15 years, at Embassies, the Department of State, the World Bank, the MGM Casino and other venues. We play our own arrangements of rich and melodic ballads, medium swing, up tempo swing, bop tunes, and Latin numbers.
