We consist of piano, bass, drums and female vocalist and add just the right vibe to your corporate event, 1920's speakeasy party, cocktail party, Great Gatsby, wedding, Casino night or vintage Hollywood affair. For larger events we suggest adding our featured female vocalist as well as guitar, trumpet ,vibraphone and percussion. This band of top notch studio musicians have toured the U.S., Canada, Europe and Japan extensively entertaining audiences with their unique brand of jazz. The Modern Cocktail Society have performed for a long list of celebrity clients such as actor Clint Eastwood, Kim Kardashian, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger ,writer Stephen King, musician Carol King and big name corporate clients such as Mattel, Honda Motors, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, The Getty Center, the Skirball Museum and many more. Band leader Anthony Marsico has also penned original songs for countless commercials, Oscar award winning motion pictures and television shows including the HBO hit Entourage From a large extravagant corporate event to a simple beautiful backyard wedding, The Modern Cocktail Society are the perfect compliment to your big day. Anthony was a pleasure to work with--a true professional in every sense. I felt confident that this was the type of music we wanted for the evening, but we were really blown away by how perfect it truly was--the band set the tone for the evening and kept the party "in play" all night. This was an 80th birthday dinner party at a country club. The guests were generally older, so the standards were totally appreciated. Then again, my friends (in their 40s) enjoyed the classic vibe--and we even got to dance, which was a treat! I cannot wait for another occasion to book Modern Cocktail Society. Thank you.
