My music covers pop, theater and classic songs from Scott Joplin to James Taylor, Gershwin to Stephen Sondheim, Billy Joel, The Beatles, Michael Buble and beyond in a style I call intimate jazz cabaret. I have come to specialize in intimate family events, receptions, fundraisers, private benefits and corporate events in NYC and the surrounding region, often at the finest hotels and private clubs: The Waldorf-Astoria, The Plaza, The 21 Club, The New York Hilton, the Yale Club, the Harvard Club, the Lotos Club, and many private residences. I love to lead sing-along (with personalized lyric books that I assemble for the guests)! And another of my specialties is holiday parties, often sing-alongs. In addition I am the Music Director and Conductor of the St John's University student chorus and the St Thomas More Church Choir in New York. I play weddings regularly. As a composer I am a two-time Emmy Award winner, two-time Richard Rodgers Award Winner, recipient of the BMI Jerry Bock Award and the BMI Harrington Award for Sustained Creative Achievement.
