If you need jazz for your event, I have over 2 decades of experience playing solo, leading a piano duo/trio and accompanying singers and horn players in both duo or small ensembles. I've performed in locales ranging from neighborhood pubs, to luxury hotels and this area's premier jazz venues like Yoshi's, Pearl's, and the Monterey Jazz Festival. I have professional stage equipment with digital keyboard, microphones, amplification and am available for work ranging from receptions to nightclubs. I can perform as a solo pianist or put together ensembles with vocals, horn players and rhythm instruments. When we were searching for a cocktail pianist, Larry stood out from the rest by going above and beyond! When we reached out to him, we sent him the names of a few jazz standards to give him a feel of what we were looking for, and he confirmed that they were in his repertoire, and even responded with a custom recording of him playing those songs! We were so impressed and booked him immediately. Leading up to the wedding, he was prompt and professional in answering our questions. On the day of, he showed up at the venue early, and provided a classy, fun atmosphere for our cocktail hour. He is a true professional and skilled musician, you won’t regret booking him!

His performance was excellent,if you need a piano play he is the best came before time was very accommodating plays the piano beautiful ,I can’t say enough about him never needed to worry about anything loved him

Larry played at a recent house party I hosted for a 40th birthday. He arrived early and stayed the full time he had promised, so he ended up playing longer than originally arranged. He was very professional and his playing was a lovely addition to the evening.
