Our experience was poor. Greggory and I had multiple calls before our wedding to work through how the day would flow and that there were some TBD parts (all of this was laid out in an Excel sheet and document) and agreed upon in advance of our wedding. Much of what we asked for did not play out as planned, including playing the wrong music at the wrong times.
One of the biggest issues for us was that Greggory promised he would have a working satellite speaker since we had a split-level set-up. The guests on the lower level of our venue told us that they heard none of what was happening on the upper level, including announcements and the dance portion of the night.

To address the setup, I had a dedicated satellite speaker configured for the lower level, but the venue ended up routing their own in-house audio feed through that space for a separate event downstairs, which overrode my signal.
Regarding the music selection, I strictly followed the detailed spreadsheet and specific instructions you provided prior to the event—including your direction to disregard guest requests and stick exclusively to your designated playlist. I always strive to honor the host's exact wishes for their timeline and music choices.

I hired Greggory for a 50th birthday party, and he was great! He communicated with me numerous times prior to the event and made me feel comfortable with the plans. At the party he had every requested song and kept the audience engaged and entertained. The sound quality and lighting was excellent.

Awesome overall experience. Communication easy, equipment on par with size and space very prompt arrival and setup. I would hire again. Going from Good to Great I would suggest a little more energy and interaction with guests...read the room...find and play more current Top 10 hits. Never play anything from the 80's or 90's unless there is a specific request to do so. Suggest investing in a larger karaoke monitor and stand that can to adjusted to eye level. Overall good job. Thank you for your service.
