Been doing my thang to motivate and educate up on stage since 2017. Organized, infused with humor and stories, well-researched, and delivered creatively with ease and confidence--that's one of my talks in a nutshell. In my 20s, a local cop forced his way into my home and raped me. On top of that, I grew up with an abusive alcoholic mother whose mom and grandmother were both alcoholics--I've never been drunk in my life! First generation college grad and former certified crisis-response counselor through the California DOJ.) -Being a Spiritual Warrior (I've been a minister through the organization "Spiritual Healers & Earth Stewards" since 1993. Spiritual warrior sub-topics: deconstructing the self, spiritual fitness, meditation, spiritual activism, mastery, courage, discipline, relentlessness, compassion, wisdom, oneness, rebelliousness, purpose, transparency, and body mindfulness). -Plant-Based Diet & Lifestyle (I quit eating animals when I was in junior high...thirty years later, I've been a high-level athlete, pregnant, and am raising a plant-based child.
