We don’t know if Gigmasters informed Mr. Portilla of the change or not. Needless to say, it ended on a note of disappointment.
I am a Cultural Anthropologist retired from the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC and delt with Latino groups all the time so I know what to expect.

Mrs . Scott, I'm very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied, this is a very unfortunate misunderstanding. I did send you a contract which was signed by you where you agreed to the time of performance 7pm to 10 pm. We are very serious about honoring the time that both parties agree on the contract. we tried to accommodate many of your requests. I appreciate your feedback and the wonderful email I received from your husband telling us how much your guest and you guys enjoyed the performance and the music we played. We take pride of what we do and really feel sorry you feel this way.

The Marcel Portilla Band rocks! My guests were amazed and constantly commenting on their performance. I would recommend them for any type of event where you want to keep your guests energized and entertained. I can't wait to plan another event just so that I can book these guys! You don't even want them to take a break because they sound so awesome.

This band was amazing and they were the hit of the party. We wish we could use them every weekend. They were very professional and were great people and fit right in with the party. We highly recommend this band and they are super talented.
